We ship the majority of products using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and in our experience 95% of these arrive the next day, if your order is urgent, you will have the option at checkout to upgrade to a "Guaranteed" next day delivery service (for orders up to 2kg in weight) with an additional charge for this service. Orders for next day delivery using this service can be accepted until 15:30 (Monday-Friday only). This "Guaranteed" service does not "guarantee" delivery on Saturdays, Royal Mail only "Guarantee" Saturday delivery if you select the "Guaranteed Saturday Delivery" option.
The exception to this rule is kayaks, we deliver these ourselves. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery, we generally have one week where we travel South from North Wales and in the other week, we travel North. We deliver nationwide, but some locations require an additional surcharge. The easiest way to clarify details is to drop us an email or call us.
